Data Processing Agreement

1. Purpose

This DPA describes processing terms between Ikiform and customers using Ikiform to process personal data.

2. Subject Matter

The processing covers form configuration, response collection, storage, export, and customer-requested integrations.

3. Duration

Processing continues for the duration of the applicable customer relationship unless otherwise required by law.

4. Processor Obligations

Ikiform implements safeguards, confidentiality controls, and subprocessors management consistent with applicable data protection law.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for lawful instructions, notices to respondents, and valid legal basis for processing.

6. Deletion and Return

Upon contract end and as requested, customer data is returned or deleted, subject to legal retention obligations.
