4. Billing

Paid features are billed according to the selected plan. Fees and renewal details are shown during checkout.

5. Content

You retain rights to your content. You grant Ikiform a limited license to host and process content required to provide the service.

6. Availability

We may modify or discontinue features. We aim for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ikiform is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create material security or legal risk.
